Guitar Case, Frames, Greenhouse, Bluegrass...

Went to the "Hardly Strictly Bluegrass" Festival... was pretty nice. I always love these music festivals...especially when they have their own unique lil' vibe. Saw some cool bands...or two...Steve Martin and his band was great as well as this all female bluegrass group, Della Mae. Really cool tunes. The day before, saw Boz Scaggs, but really only enjoyed one song because the mixing was way off...first too much treble...then too much Mid...then hardly enough Bass...kinda crowded as well. But, all in all a great time.

My left Thumb has begun the throbbing stage-quite painful, from missing the nail and hitting the finger while working on a guitar case...not just any, but a cool one. Decided to wait to build the light frame...and just put together a coolish one for the Jimi painting...might add another layer for style, but it came out pretty solid...need some epoxy for the case...

Trying to start a new fruit tree...either an Avocado, Pear, or Apple tree....using the greenhouse. So far, its taking a while to see any seedlings...might be too hot in there...or humid...but, we'll see. Was smoking tobacco and looking at the fruit tree [either an apple, pear, or orange...still too small to wanna check out the leaf pattern] and man, these things take forever to fuckin grow...but, its looking like its grown a few inches since the move so maybe its ready to start covering more ground...or air....

Fuck, my thumb is in so much pain right now.

Ow.
