Innovations

Got a few ideas; all pretty unrelated...

; )

1. A fiber optic/LED model of the circulatory system with different colors to help gain better understanding about how our bodies work... [applies to bones as well...and the brain...]

I remember in my community college Human Anatomy and Physiology class, there were TONS of body parts, terms, and general information that required a little too much memorization without any way to really remember them.  "What?" Well, sand particles under a microscope...are essentially the same as these kind of things...ends up being bits of rocks, coral...etc. And, with some lights, color-coded "muscle" memory can happen much easier...

2. "Domesticated" animal toilets... Simple. There has to be something that tells dogs "pee here, its okay."  My idea is something like a filter that flips. Whether it has some scent attached is beyond my scientific knowledge at this point... but imagine: less dog shit and piss smells in the yard... For cats, they have started something similar, but there is no connection to sewage yet...and cat shit is toxic as fuck. Pardon my language, its Xmas. Anyhow, these kind of "toilets" would improve general mental/physical health

3. Fallen trees should be cut up by the city and offered as firewood for the houses in the community or nearby areas whom have chosen to remain "firey green."  Good excersize and muscle building can occur in the process if it needs to be chopped further. Not only has using an axe to cut wood improved my own personal hand-brain-focus-force exertion and "hand-eye coordination," but its really amazing for the upper body.

4. Fences. Yes, we all love our privacy...most of us...but, too many fences don't last. While researching retaining walls, I found a type of foundation that is more prone to last than a completely solid one. Wire/Mesh/Canvassed Mesh bags as foundations would ultimately produce an adjustable fence...more likely to withstand pressures from below such as roots...natural earth movements...and it provides good drainage for any surrounding plants...

5. Turning sand into gold. There are many deserts...but not many where one thinks its possible to have dessert. Coffee grounds and other organic recycled material may perhaps be the key to resurrecting what was once lush and dried out. The amount of help that agriculture in these areas could provide the human population, as well as other life [namely E.T. right?] is truly remarkable. Its almost a constant reoccurring vision I get...since I was little in fact... I used to make these swamps in my front yard and little irrigation trenches eventually, and when I was older, I noticed that all that tilling and movement made those areas in the dirt really capable of sustaining life.

In other news, realized that I need to downsize my music and stick with the solid songs... so I reworked one album out of what was three...and I think its going to be great...

Its interesting...you have all these words in a vocabulary... and when you realize how a lot of them are really, like, you know, sorta, almost, kinda unnecessary, the results are pleasing...almost producing a living kind of entity...

Weather Changes, Astrology, Thanksgiving, UV Landscape, Warlock...and more...

This has the potential to be a long blog, beware for those with short attention spans-not a personal attack.  Anyways, was reading about some things recently...in an old issue of Rolling Stone from 2008 marking some sort of anniversary, there was a few articles about this dude I'd never heard of, LSD, and it became quite interesting.

So, this guy, whose name I have forgotten already used to hang out with the Grateful Dead, was into soundscapes, and apparently a bigshot in the late 60's LSD world; not Tim Leary, but almost the opposite... Who cares, right? Another druggie from the 60s..who happened to give Hendrix the LSD that sparked Purple Haze among other songs.... This guy had an interesting theory: He said there was going to be an ice age, which is almost like the whole Global Warming ideology...BUT, this is where I got interested.  The number of people paranoid about such a catostrophic event to humanity since this era...and since this guy's thousand of acid hits got passed around is insane.  And, it makes you wonder...you know, if we are alive on "Mother Earth," and constantly think of ill-fated scenarios, such as an Ice Age [Radiohead song comes to mind...Idioteque...], then what can we expect the Earth to do?  Now, on the other side of the coin, if you will-since this is about the value of life over the value of paranoid-induced security, there is also a slim chance that the Earth is hinting at activity going on...Polar shift of "Ice Age" kind of phenomenon... But, this is why I got so intrigued: This guy's whole life in society amounted to little permanence in any beneficial or enjoyable aspects of life, and it really shows how much the whole late 60s era had the negative backlash alongside the progressive harmonic sensual thoughts of craving unity and equality...

Another thing I read about was the "Rising" sign in Astrology... I never quite fully understood its significance in this subject until now. Apparently, the Rising Sign represents the first impression. Mine is Capricorn. Theories about the rising sign can be summed up as follows: You are the center of light in your world...when you were born, the refractions and reflections of bigger sources of light can be seen through certain long-term observations that allow a pretty informative picture of how your life will shine as the center of light; directly above you was the sun in a certain sign, the moon in another, the planets and stars in others, and this crazy "window" known as your "rising" sign...which is basically like the moment your life of light's lenses opened. So, if you point a camera at the sun, for example, you will see all these light rays...and in astrology, the rising sign is this sort of light ray that connects you to the grid.

Ah, I really ate way too much this Thanksgiving...and then it got freezing cold...and the combination of those, plus the fact that up until a couple of days ago, I was recovering from some injuries wore me the fuck out for a couple of weeks... and so now I've learned that I really don't even need to give a fuck about some holiday where too many people overeat.

...which brings me to Ultraviolet Landscape...I've decided to combine Vessels and Ultraviolet Landscape to make a really really solid type of album...and it took a really long time to write all of the songs on both, but now that that process is winding down, I think this is the proper course of action for me to explore/take.  Also, waiting on a new Condenser Microphone, and the acoustics in my living room are super, super amazing so once again, I'm gonna give this album a try.

Hoping to start performing when the website goes up, but, it looks like I may perform beforehand as well...but the Trip-Hop stuff...

Kinda thinking about getting a band together again, but not with anyone I've jammed with before...

Was planning on finishing some paintings before this year's end, but, gonna push those deadlines back...

Some interesting things are going on in the relationship world as well..

This is going to be an intense year for me, and has already been showing signs of such since my birthday on 11/11...

In the news, I was reading about that sign language translator...and you know what, I don't give a fuck needs some kind of simple sign language gesture...maybe like two middle fingers circling around each other and then a shrug... and no, I have not burned any bodies for some weird television sale...

Anyways, a little sleep deprived...

I noticed the trees nearby this morning, swaying in the wind....and you know, they're not at all as discordant as we are from that perspective...just thousands of branches, millions of leaves, billions of cells, and what we call a growing tree... Just imagine if trees tried to hustle people, shit would be hilarious. "I'll hit you with a pinecone, shrub, if you don't give me some nutrients....."
